How Information Is Used

I use submitted information to respond to project inquiries, send inquiry confirmations, manage product launch notifications, maintain business records, improve site reliability, and protect the forms from automated abuse.

I do not sell personal information. I do not use submitted form information for third-party advertising.

This website uses a necessary PHP session cookie to support form security, CSRF protection, timing validation, and one-time form status messages. This cookie is used for site security and does not track you across other websites.

This site uses Mailgun to send website inquiry and notification emails. Your submitted email address and message details may be processed by Mailgun so those emails can be delivered.

The site loads fonts from Google Fonts. Your browser may make requests to Google when loading those font files. Hosting, database, DNS, and security providers may also process technical data as needed to operate the website.

Retention

Product notification email addresses are kept until they are no longer needed or until you ask to be removed. Project inquiries may be kept as long as needed to respond, manage the business relationship, keep records, and resolve issues.

Security logs and rate-limiting records are kept only as long as reasonably needed for abuse prevention and troubleshooting.

Your Choices

You can ask to access, correct, or delete your information, or to be removed from product notifications, by emailing thebeardedcoderco@gmail.com.
